BRIEF COURSE DESCRIPTION / OUTLINE: This course continues to build on higher level French language skills
while introducing students to several well-known French films.

These films will be chosen from a variety of genres. Students will discuss themes, give reactions and
contrast/compare the films that are selected.

Students will be expected to write several one page responses in French. The class will primarily be
conducted in French with the use of English (when necessary). Films will be in French with English subtitles.
