How To Take Care Of
Your Family's Internet Safety

Learn about common Internet security principles and
increase your family's safety while using your home
computer.
During
the class you will discover why computer security is
important, how to avoid common scams and attacks, and
how to implement knowledge gained to increase efficiency
and privacy.
The course will include topics such as how to protect
your computer from viruses, credit card protection,
downloading safely, how to avoid pop-ups, how to handle
your cookies, and using different browsers.
The instructor will also address how to keep your children
safe while they are instant messaging, chatting, and
using blogs. You will also be provided with materials
to take home for future reference.
