Hadley-Luzerne
Central School,
Johnsburg Central School and Moriah Central School
all began participating in classes for the first time this
fall on the Distance Learning Network.
Corinth Central School,
joined the regional network in Janurary and is now hosting
DL classes. The total number of DL installations supported
by BOCES Distance Learning is now forty-one. See:

The new rooms, as do all DL rooms in the Regional Distance
Learning Network, have the capacity to simultaneously connect
interactively with as many as three remote schools.

districts have adapted Distance Learning technology to meet
their particular needs.

Washington,
Saratoga, Warren, Hamilton, Essex BOCES
is
now offering school bus driver training courses over the Distance
Learning Network for WSWHE BOCES sites.
If your school or a neighboring school has a Distance Learning
Lab, then it is possible to have your transportation staff
attend courses in your area without having to travel to Saratoga
Springs.
By using its partnership in instructional technology with
schools in northeastern New York, WSWHE BOCES is able to provide
a more convenient and cost saving way for your transportation
staff to attend training programs and fulfill their state

A DL Flier designed to provide information
about distance learning to students is now available in addition
to a DL Program Poster.
The fliers are custom made for each school on the network, can be
downloaded (as either Microsoft Word documents or Adobe .pdf files)
and easily printed.
The poster is in the form of a .jpg image, also easily downloaded
and printed.
