BRIEF
COURSE DESCRIPTION / OUTLINE:
This course provides a chronological study of the United States concentrating on its history, government, economy, and social processes. It is for highly motivated college-bound students who will be challenged by oral and written presentations, research, decision making and the organization, analysis, and interpretation of material. Students are eligible for six (6) college credits from SUNY Albany. Students are also required to take the United States History and Government Regents Exam in June and the Advanced Placement United States History Exam in May.
