BRIEF COURSE DESCRIPTION / OUTLINE: Through the use of slides, guest speakers, lectures,
demonstrations, and selected readings, we will explore the multicultural art themes. This course
will cover art from the 1400's to the mid-1800's. Students will write 2 five-page papers per semester,
as well as weekly assignments and quizzes. There will also be optional hands-on projects for extra credit.
