BRIEF COURSE DESCRIPTION/OUTLINE: This course is intended as an elective course for students interested
in mystery fiction.

Students will focus on elements of a mystery by reading classic mystery works in class and by reading
independently.

Students will also investigate critical interpretations and write a short piece of mystery fiction.
